Avorak has gained traction in the crypto market. And with the increased need for utility in the crypto world, several analysts are comparing Cardano’s ADA and Avorak’s AVRK.

What is Cardano?

Cardano is a layer-one (L1) blockchain that seeks to provide a more secure and scalable framework for developing and running decentralized applications (dApps) and smart contracts. It was created by Input Output Hong Kong (IOHK), a blockchain research and development company led by Charles Hoskinson, one of the co-founders of Ethereum. Cardano differentiates itself by adopting a scientific approach to its development, relying on peer-reviewed research and academic collaboration to ensure robustness and scalability. Cardano utilizes a proof-of-stake consensus algorithm called Ouroboros and is built on a unique multi-layered architecture that separates its settlement layer (Cardano Settlement Layer, CSL) from the computational layer (Cardano Computation Layer, CCL). This separation allows for more flexibility and scalability, as updates and improvements can be made to the CCL without affecting the underlying CSL.

What is ADA?

ADA is the native cryptocurrency of the Cardano blockchain. It is named after Ada Lovelace, a mathematician and writer who is considered to be the world’s first computer programmer. ADA facilitates transactions and is required to build applications on the platform. ADA holders also have the ability to participate in the platform’s governance, allowing them to influence decisions and vote on proposals for protocol upgrades or changes while earning incentives through staking.

Avorak (AVRK): Utility while in ICO

Avorak is the pioneering comprehensive interactive AI solution on the blockchain. The platform offers AI-driven solutions for content creation, trading, blueprint drafting, data analytics, online shopping, 3D modeling, device security and management, and many other areas.

The platform’s native token, AVRK, serves as credit for accessing these services. This provides unmatched utility and use case as AI algorithms have unlimited applications and the Avorak team has shown commitment to utilizing this technology to develop innovative solutions for businesses and individuals. The Avorak Trade bot, for example, can automate trades on multiple exchanges and asset classes, a limitation most trading bots and APIs have. Avorak’s AI trading bot also offers sets of significant indicators and accurate price predictions. Notably, the bot is programmed with a non-code-based command-line input, enabling even non-power traders to succeed.

AVRK holders are entitled to 49% of Avorak’s revenue, through its revenue feedback system. Users can also stake their AVRK in Avorak’s three staking pools to get a portion of the last publicly available non-LP tokens. AVRK can be bought, sold and traded after Avorak’s initial coin offering (ICO), and several exchanges have already announced their listing plans.

Avorak’s roadmap includes a move to a decentralized state, functioning as its own blockchain using a novel Proof-Of-Learning validation system. This will provide more utility and use case for AVRK.

AVRK has a maximum supply of 40 million, and the Avorak AI team has developed a burn program to ensure continued deflation. This will ensure AVRK’s price increases over time. AVRK’s scarcity is comparable to some of the high-priced cryptocurrencies, such as Bitcoin (BTC) and Litecoin (LTC).

Many analysts have examined the project and its offerings, and they suggest that it has strong potential for growth and adoption.

Conclusion

Several critics claim that ADA has not yet fully realized actual utility, and the full-scale adoption of decentralized applications and widespread utilization of ADA are still pending. However, the Cardano project continues to strive towards achieving its goals and bring real-word utility, as seen with projects such as Djed Coin. On the other hand, Avorak already shows great promise by offering access to advanced solutions from the expanding technology of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
