M\u00e4rz 2025 wird Binance <a href=\"https:\/\/www.binance.com\/en\/support\/announcement\/detail\/bcaa1f68d6a6450099056ff694ad6c46\">alle Stablecoin-Handelspaare<\/a>, die nicht mit dem Gesetz \u00fcber M\u00e4rkte f\u00fcr Krypto-Assets (MiCA) des Europ\u00e4ischen Wirtschaftsraums konform sind, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.binance.com\/en\/support\/announcement\/detail\/bcaa1f68d6a6450099056ff694ad6c46\">aus dem Handel nehmen<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Zu den betroffenen Stablecoins geh\u00f6ren USDT, FDUSD, TUSD, USDP, DAI, AEur, UST, USTC und PAXG. Derzeit wird den Kunden in EU und EWR geraten, auf MiCA-konforme L\u00f6sungen wie USDC, EURI oder direkt zum Euro zu wechseln.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Binance handelt in Einklang mit der EU Compliance<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>In Anbetracht der zunehmend strengen Kontrolle von Stablecoins durch die Europ\u00e4ische Union ist diese Ma\u00dfnahme nicht v\u00f6llig unerwartet. Stablecoins, die in Gebrauch sind, m\u00fcssen laut MiCA mehr als 60% ihrer Reserven in zertifizierten Banken mit E-Geld-Lizenz haben. F\u00fcr einige Stablecoins, die fr\u00fcher den Markt beherrschten, stellt diese Kontrolle nun eine H\u00fcrde dar.
