After the bearish wave of 2023, the crypto-currency market has been slowly recovering, and Axie Infinity is once again proving its attractiveness with numerous updates and developments.
This gaming platform announced in its latest tweet that “Homeland Avatar Mode is Coming!” This new feature allows players to use their axie NFT avatars to navigate the Homeland map.

Discover Lunacia like never before with Axie Infinity’s open beta test
Players will soon be able to explore Lunacia with their own Avatar axies. Everyone will have access to Avatar mode, whether they own land or not. Users will be able to roam the world, visiting different plots, frequenting budding communities and communicating with other Lunacians as an Axis.
From July 17 to 24, the platform will be running an open beta test, with four daily events designed to be captivating and exciting. In addition, 12 collectible axies and 20 ground assets will be available as rewards during this period.
As previously reported by CNF, Axie Infinity has announced the opening of the Premier Bounty Board, with a total payout of 12.5K AXS. The Premier Bounty Board will run in parallel to the former Bounty Board, with several interesting incentives for all users.
At the time of writing, AXS, the platform’s native token, is trading at around $5 .98, up 3.33% over the past 24 hours. Despite this rebound, it is still 96% off its all-time high (ATH) of $165.37, according to CoinMarketCap.
Meanwhile, Sky Mavis, the company behind Axie Infinity, is making significant progress with its Ronin Network. As previously reported, the Ronin Network has announced the migration of The Forgotten Runiverse, an MMORPG game.
Ronin has also established itself as one of the world’s leading gaming networks, with a vast community and a high number of daily active users (DAUs).
