  • Canadian online medical service provider ignites a war with Shiba Inu developer threatening to sue.
  • Developer Shytoshi Kusama says he’s ready for the legal battle and take this legal battle further.

A new controversy has erupted surrounding one of the most traded meme coins of 2021 aka Shiba Inu. Canadian online medical service provider ‘Ask The Doctor’ has threatened to sue Shiba Inu developer Shytoshi Kusama and SHIB in allegations of fraud.

Furthermore, the medical firm has also threatened to reveal the identity behind the pseudonymous Shiba Inu founder. ‘Ask The doctor’ also hinted that SHIB will be strained soon. The firm accused Shytoshi Kusama and Ryoshi of hiding their real identities while calling the “scammers”. In a tweet on Monday, December 20, the Canadian medical firm noted:

Our legal team has will be commencing a lawsuit against @ShytoshiKusama/$shib for libel. We will be able to find out his true identity in the courts. Our company will not stand for defamation and fake reviews. We have also informed our contacts at the major exchanges.

In the last 24 hours, Ask The Doctor has put out a series of tweets targeting Shytoshi Kusama. The firm also mentioned the intent of hiding behind this pseudonymous identity stating that the “scammers” want to hide away from law enforcement.

Filing a lawsuit against SHIB token

In one of their subsequent tweets, Ask The Doctor also requested the U.S. SEC to probe into the matter. It noted:

We will begin our initial lawsuit filing against @Shibtoken and @ShytoshiKusama in UK tomorrow. It’s our obligation to protect the crypto community from these potential scammers. We will get their identities.

Dear @SECGov, please look into how @Shibtoken can operate with @ShytoshiKusama putting out news, manipulating prices and not revealing identity when we are trying to serve legal papers.

Interestingly, Ask the Doctor was once a die-hard fan of Shiba Inu. Furthermore, inspired from the Shiba Inu’s strong community it changed its profile picture to the SHIB logo. However, the company has now confirmed that they have sold all of their 31 bilion Shiba Inu (SHIB) coins worth a staggering $1.5 million. “Shib price prediction = $0.000000000. We have sold all our $shib. looks like everyone else is as well,” it said.

Shytoshi Kusama responds with stern message

Amid the continuous attacks from Ask The Doctor, Shib developer Shytoshi Kusama gave some aggressive responses.

Tell your legal team that it is illegal to buy a verified account to use it to scam other people. Tell them it is illegal to take people’s money for a service you never provide. And if you REALLY want to come and get me… COME GET ME. It’s almost time anyway… I’m ready.

Besides, the pseudonymous Shiba Inu developer also called Ask the Doctor a “scam account”.
